This article outlines the process for requesting to transfer out of the cohort you are currently registered for.
Before you submit your transfer request to the Student Services Team, be sure to have the following information ready:
- Student's Full Name
- Student Email Address (used at registration)
- Program Name (for which student is currently enrolled)
- Institution (for which student is currently enrolled)
- Original Program Start Date
- (for which student is currently enrolled)
- Desired Program Start Date (for which the student wishes to transfer to)
1. When you are ready to submit your transfer request, you will submit this online form.
2. Upon submission of the Transfer Request form, a member of our Student Services Team will reach out to you via email within 24-48 hours to confirm your eligibility for a transfer.
3. The Student Services representative will let you know directly whether or not your transfer request has been approved and provide you with next steps.
4. Once your transfer request is approved, you will see your new program start date reflected in your student portal. You will receive a series of emails prior to your class start date with instruction on how to log in and start your course.
NOTE: All transfer requested must be submitted through this form. You cannot email the student services team directly for a transfer request without having submitted the above form.
NOTE: If you'd like to request a withdrawal, you must submit a different form from the above.
